    Getting to Tirupati

    By air

    Tirupati Airport (TIR) serves the region. Check operating routes directly with your airline. International visitors can compare connections through Chennai, Bengaluru or Hyderabad.

    By train

    Compare services to Tirupati (TPTY) and nearby Renigunta (RU). Allow time to transfer from the station and check the live timetable on IRCTC or Indian Railways.

    By bus

    Check APSRTC for services to Tirupati and onward transport to Tirumala. Routes, fares and operating hours can change.

    By road

    Allow time for traffic and checks on the Tirumala ghat roads. Confirm current access rules with TTD before setting off, particularly at night or on festival days.
